Schwartz Brothers Bakery was established to bake desserts for the Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. We continue to bake desserts and breads for Chandler's Crabhouse, Daniel's Broilers and Gretchen's Shoebox Express. We have since expanded our fresh-baked products to include scones, muffins, cookies, bars, tarts, danishes, breads and croissants for all of our customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
