Schwartz Brothers Restaurants New Rewards Program Already A Hit
10/1/2004
Bellevue, Wash. — Schwartz Brothers Restaurants’ latest move to give extra value back to their clientele is already proving to be very popular. As of mid-September, patrons of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants are rapidly enrolling in a new Frequent Diner Rewards Program at Daniel’s Broiler, Chandler’s Crabhouse, Spazzo Italian Grill and the Atrium Café. Being the first to offer this program in the greater Seattle area places Schwartz Brothers Restaurants at the forefront of a growing national trend.
“We think this is going to be a lot of fun,” said Lindsey Schwartz, second-generation owner and president of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, a premier multi-concept restaurant and food services company based in Bellevue, Wash. “It’s another way for us to cultivate relationships with our loyal guests and say thank you by offering ways to further entertain their family, friends, colleagues, and clients.”
The Rewards Program works like this. Diners enroll with a corporate or personal credit or debit card paying a $25 sign-up fee. A $25 gift card issued upon third usage of the registered credit card recoups this fee, and rewards members also receive a $50 gift card for their birthday. Points go towards an exciting array of exclusive rewards ranging from a chauffeured limo service for a night on the town, to tickets to a Sonics game, Gene Juarez Salon gift certificates, and airline miles. Members may also redeem points for private dining room events and gift card sales.
Points are awarded to members of the Frequent Diner Rewards Program for dollars (including tax and tip) spent on meals at Daniel’s Broiler, serving USDA prime beef exclusively; Chandler’s Crabhouse, presenting world-class seafood with a view; Spazzo Italian Grill, exceptional Italian food and 85 wines by the glass; and the Atrium Café at the Seattle Design Center. Double points are currently being offered at Spazzo on Sundays and Mondays, and at Daniel’s on Sundays.
The best news is that rewards members will not need to carry ‘yet another card.’ They won’t need to clip, save or remember anything. Diners simply use their registered credit card during each visit and their program benefits are automatically awarded to their account.
“We have many business expense account diners who frequent our restaurants regularly who will benefit from this program,” said Schwartz. “We also anticipate that our loyal social patrons will be very excited about the opportunity to see their dining turned into future rewards.”
Schwartz Brothers Restaurants’ guests can register for the program online or at any of its restaurants. The program does not extend to private dining rooms sales. For more information on the program, visit www.schwartzbros.com.
