Prime New Menu Items at Daniel’s Broiler
Exclusive Offering to Seattle Prime Steak Lovers

Bellevue, Wash. — Schwartz Brothers Restaurants announces the addition of two new prime steak items to the Daniel's Broiler Prime Steaks and Chops' menu. Now Daniel’s is the only steakhouse in the Seattle region serving USDA bone-in prime Prime Rib exclusively. The bone-in prime Prime Rib is slow-roasted and cut weighs between 28-32 ounces per serving. The other new introduction on the menu is the Delmonico, a classic bone-in New York steak popular with the regulars.

"Daniel’s recently introduced the Delmonico and Bone-In Prime-Rib for two reasons," said Lindsey Schwartz, president of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. "The flavor profile is just outstanding, and these steaks are of a significant size and so offer guests great value." When steak is broiled on the bone, the marrow and flavor of the beef becomes more intense and rich.

With the rise in cost of steak nationwide, Daniel’s wanted to buck the trend to downsize their portions. "Our guests expect the best and are pleased with the bigger steaks. In all, it's a better deal," said Schwartz. All of Daniel's steaks and chops are 100 percent USDA prime, the top two percent of all graded beef in the nation. Every steak served is broiled at 1800 degrees, which produces a generous char on the outside of the steak while sealing the flavors inside.

Daniel's is also well known for its lobsters, especially jumbo coldwater rock lobster tails (well over one pound each). The lobsters are imported from Western Australia and are known for their firm texture and sweet nutty flavor.

Daniel's extensive wine list was honored the past three years with an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine. A plus for guests interested in fully exploring the wine selections, Sunday nights at Daniel's are Prime Wine Night — any bottle listed up to $100 off the wine list is offered at half price when served in the dining room.
