Daniel’s Broiler and Daniel’s Catering Chefs Featured at the Auction of Washington Wines in Woodinville

Daniel’s Broiler and Daniel’s Catering chefs featured at Columbia Winery and Woodhouse Family Cellars winemaker dinners as part of the Auction of Washington Wines event taking place in Woodinville this August.

COLUMBIA WINERY
The evening begins with a reception in the candlelit cellar with host winemaker David Lake, MW. You will be joined by guest winemakers Jean-Francois Pellet of Walla Walla's Pepper Bridge Winery and James Mantone of Syncline Wine Cellars from the state's newest AVA, Columbia Gorge. Chef Mike Hilyer of Daniel's Broiler will prepare a dazzling five-course meal to accompany each vintner's selections, followed by a starlit visit to Columbia's private patio for wine, cheese and cigars.

WOODHOUSE FAMILY CELLARS
Step from the rustic to the refined as you travel from warehouse to winery at Woodhouse Family Cellars in Woodinville. Host Bijal Shahwelcomes you to the unique and dramatic home of Woodhouse where you'll be greeted with sparkling rose and hors d'oeuvres before exploring the wines of Darighe, Dussek, Maghie and Kennedy Shah. Thomas Woodley from Walla Walla's renowned Woodward Canyon will add another magical touch to the evening along with cuisine from Daniel's Catering Executive Chef Bradley Dickinson and Chef Julie Hawkinson.

Tickets for the dinners are $225 per person; weekend and corporate packages are available.
