Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, Daniel’s Catering Announce Revolution Bar & Grill; EMP Private Catering

BELLEVUE, Wash — Revolution Bar & Grill, at the Experience Music Project (EMP), is set to open to the public May 26 as a destination restaurant and bar serving lunch and dinner, 7 days a week, announced Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, a premier multi-concept restaurant and food services company based in Bellevue, Wash.
“We’re excited to be creating an upbeat destination for locals who work downtown or live in the Denny Regrade, Queen Anne, South Lake Union, and Belltown neighborhoods,” said President and CEO Lindsey Schwartz. “It will also be a fun spot for visitors and families enjoying the Seattle Center, Key Arena and the surrounding cultural institutions.”
Remodeling is underway to the existing space, formerly The Turntable restaurant and Liquid Lounge, at the corner of Fifth Avenue North and Harrison Street in Seattle. A new second entrance from the street (that will serve as the primary entrance; the other is located off the lobby of EMP), exterior signage, awnings, outdoor patio, and a fully renovated interior are under development. The restaurant and bar will be fully updated and very colorful, reflecting contemporary urban décor.
“I am amazed at how many people tell me they didn’t know there was a restaurant there before. Our new restaurant will be clearly visible to passersby and signal that it’s a place for locals, not just those visiting EMP,” said Schwartz.
The extensive menu of regional American cuisine includes an impressive selection of appetizers, individual pizzas, gourmet burgers and sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks and house-made dessert specialties. Quality and value are the trademarks of every menu item at a Schwartz Brothers Restaurant, which include Daniel’s Broiler and Chandler’s Crabhouse.
At the heart of the exciting lounge and its beverage program is a beer lover’s haven. Its unique custom designed keg cooler system will allow the bar to feature 50 beers on tap, the largest selection in downtown Seattle. The beer menu will feature a wide assortment of award winning microbrews representing the revolution of the craft beer industry locally, nationally and worldwide. Knowledgeable staff will help guests experiment and explore.
The lounge will also feature signature cocktails and a full menu of award-winning wines, as well as exciting happy hour specials, early and late.
Revolution Bar & Grill brings family owned and operated Schwartz Brothers Restaurants back into the casual dining arena. For over 35 years, Schwartz Brothers has offered locals a variety of dining experiences, including casual concepts such as the Butcher, Benjamin’s, Cucina! Cucina! Italian Cafe, Spazzo Italian Grill and Wine Bar, various deli/café operations in Bellevue Square, Rainier Square and inside the Seattle Design Center.

Catering Operations
In addition to the restaurant, Daniel’s Catering, a division of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, is now the exclusive caterer of the Experience Music Project, the Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame. These facilities offer many different room sizes and shapes, as well as diverse backdrops depending on what’s on show in these cultural centers. Very large groups are easily accommodated, and more intimate gatherings will get a choice of many unique settings. Private meetings, lectures, business or group presentations, social and corporate receptions have options to access current exhibits as well as the galleries at EMP.
