The Deadliest Catch Comes to Seattle!

Seattle - Beginning on June 28th, Chandler's Crabhouse on South Lake Union will be featuring FRESH NORTON SOUND KING CRAB (Paralithodes Camtschaticus) direct from the fishing grounds off the Northwest Alaskan coast. This is the only summertime King crab fishing season. These FRESH King crabs are the smaller cousins of the famous Bristol Bay Kings, (Crabs typically weigh between 2 ½ - 4 ½ lbs. each) but don't despair; the meat is just as sweet and succulent. Chandler's Crabhouse will be offering this unique product through the middle of August. Chandler's Chef Kevin Rohr is also currently featuring Dungeness crab, Texas Stone crab, Jonah crab, Blue crab and Alaskan Bairdi Snow crab.
