Chandler's Crabfest Celebrates the World's Finest Crab!

(Seattle, Wash.) – Seattle's Original Crabfest at Chandler's Crabhouse celebrates the much sought after crustacean and its many culinary preparations. Diners may choose from among twenty of the world's finest crab preparations and eight of the Worlds Finest varieties of crab from September 18th through November 22nd.
"We will feature crab in every course of our menu. Diners can enjoy selections such as Whiskey Crab Soup, Chilled Blue Crab Cakes and Butter Roasted Dungeness Crab. We'll even be featuring a Crab-Digger Bloody Mary on the cocktail menu and crab ice cream on the dessert menu," said Lindsey Schwartz, president and CEO of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, operator of Chandler's Crabhouse. "Whatever it takes, we'll have a lineup of the finest in-season offerings at Chandler's."
The Crabfest menu, printed twice daily to focus on the finest available product, will feature selections global in scope ranging from the local favorite Dungeness Crab, to Florida Stone Crab, Gulf Coast Blue Crab, Jonah Crab from New England, Red King Crab from Alaska, Opilio Crab from Canada, Caribbean Golden Crab and Spanner Crab from Australia.
In addition to the crab selections, Chandler's Crabhouse will continue to offer the finest fish available, including Copper River Coho, Alaskan Halibut, Canadian Sablefish and Monkfish tails from the Georges Banks, as well as an exceptional selection of fresh oysters, sushi, entrée salads and choice-aged steaks.

Chandler's Crabhouse Chef Kevin Rohr has created a menu for Crabfest that is truly world class and offers unparalleled selections.
New General Manager Michael Johnson brings in a fine selection of wines to pair with the quality of crab we offer.
