Daniel's Broiler at Lake Union Expands as South Lake Union Area Grows

New Bar Expansion, New View, New Private Dining Rooms
SEATTLE, Wash.-(November 15, 2006) As South Lake Union's population grows, Daniel's Broiler on Lake Union accommodates even more guests through a number of important changes. Voted "Best Piano Bar 2006" by a Seattle Weekly reader poll, Daniel's Broiler on Lake Union will enlarge its piano bar with new waterfront views, to accommodate growing demand and additional private dining rooms for 80-100 guests with waterfront views.
"People love the piano bar, and we want to accommodate them," said Lindsey Schwartz, president and CEO of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. "The expanded space will give all our bar and dining room guests the opportunity to enjoy the music, take on our waterfront views, and host more private events. Daniel's Lake Union now has three locations for private or semi-private events."
The new features in the lounge became available November 10th and the private dining rooms on December 1st. "Live Piano Entertainment" is offered seven nights a week featuring Martin Ross at the piano. Entertainment is Sunday - Thursday 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Daniel's Broiler, Lake Union, located at 809 Fairview Place North in Seattle, specializes in World Class USDA Prime steaks. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., dinner Sunday - Thursday from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Friday - Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Lounge opens daily at 4:00 p.m.
