Daniel's Catering selected at Seattle Center

Bellevue, Wash.-(January 25, 2007) Daniel's Catering, the catering arm of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants has been selected as a preferred catering vendor for Seattle Center Events. The Exhibition Hall, Fisher Pavilion and Seattle Center Pavilion are just a few locations available for catered events at Seattle Center.

"With our 36 years of experience as the hometown favorites and the resources of our outstanding team, we are confident in meeting the needs of the Seattle Center, " said Lindsey Schwartz, President and CEO of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. "We have successfully partnered with several other distinguished off-site venues, which makes us uniquely qualified among local caterers for this project."

Daniel's Catering was awarded the exclusive catering contract for Experience Music Project & Science Fiction Museum in March of 2006 and is also the exclusive caterer at the Columbia Winery in Woodinville. It is a preferred caterer for the Chinese Room at Smith Tower, Chihuly Boathouse, Woodhouse Family Cellars, Seattle Parks and Recreation and the University of Washington.

Its offerings include Daniel's Broiler Prime Steaks and Chops in Bellevue, Leschi Marina and South Lake Union, Chandler's Crabhouse on Lake Union, Revolution Bar & Grill, Daniel's Catering, Gretchen's Shoebox Express, Schwartz Brothers Bakery and Columbia River Bakery. Spazzo Italian Grill & Wine Bar will open in early April at Redmond Town Center.
