Bellevue, Wash. – Schwartz Brothers Restaurants announces the appointment of Gregg Wolf to the position of Wine Steward for Daniel’s Broiler Prime Steaks and Chops in Bellevue. Wolf’s position is part of the beverage committee for all three Daniel’s restaurants.
“Daniel’s extensive wine list has received Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for the last four years,” said Lindsey Schwartz, president of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. “Gregg’s addition will ensure that we continue to build upon that record.”
Wolf gained his wine training in Baltimore in 1996 at Charleston Restaurant, a Four-Star, Five-Diamond establishment voted the best restaurant and wine list in Baltimore for four years in a row. In 1999, Wolf moved to Las Vegas where he assisted in the opening of Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse and served as a Captain and Sommelier. He then served in the same capacity for the Maccioni family at LeCirque and Circo.
