Revolution Bar & Grill, at the Experience Music Project, is now open, serving lunch and dinner. The restaurant and bar have been fully updated, reflecting contemporary, urban décor.
The menu of regional American cuisine includes an impressive selection of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and house-made dessert specialties.
The exciting new lounge is a beer lover's haven. Its unique custom designed keg cooler system allows us to feature 50 beers on tap, one of the largest selections in downtown Seattle. The beer menu features a wide assortment of award-winning microbrews representing the revolution of the craft beer industry locally, nationally and worldwide. The lounge also features signature cocktails, Northwest and California inspired wines, and an exciting happy hour.
