Q: What if I haven’t received my card?

A: Contact us at and we’ll make sure you get your new Platinum card. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your new or replacement card.

Q: What if I forget my card when dining?

A: We have a form at all of our restaurants which, when completed, makes it possible to capture your points for your visit. Just inform your server and they will provide you with a form to fill out your name and guest check information for that visit. This will be forwarded to our corporate office and entered in your profile. Your points will appear in 7-10 business days.

Q: How do I redeem my points and when can I expect to receive them?

A: Points can be redeemed online. Visit us at and click the ‘Rewards Program’ tab. Click on the ‘Access My Account’ link. A popup box will appear prompting you to enter your Username and Password. If it’s your first time logging into your account, follow the instructions on the letter that was sent with your membership card. Once inside your account, click the ‘Redemption’ tab. ‘Available Points’ will be listed, along with redemption rewards that these points qualify for. If you wish to continue, click the ‘Redeem Points’ tab at the bottom of the screen. If you do not have enough points, the system will not allow you to continue. Gift cards will be sent to the address listed in your Customer Profile. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your gift cards to arrive, longer if you live out of state.

Q: Can I change my username and/or password?

A: Yes. When logging into your Platinum Rewards account for the first time, you will need to use the number on your membership card as the username. The password is the first 4 digits of your birthday (month and day). The ‘Customer Profile’ tab will take you to all of your personal information where you can update addresses, email addresses, etc., as well as change your username and password. If you make any edits on that page, click the ‘Update Profile’ tab to save the changes. If you changed the username or password, those will need to be used for the next login.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Contact us at and let us know that you have forgotten your password. A temporary password will be assigned to your account. Once you login with that temporary password, you will be able to change your password.

Q: What is the difference between Platinum and Epicurean Club Members?

A. Epicurean Club Members have earned a spot in an exclusive group by being in the top 10% of spenders in our Frequent Diner Rewards Program. Epicurean Club Members receive additional benefits and rewards.

Q: What happens if I do not use my account for a year?

A. As of January 1, 2012 if there is no activity (dine at a Daniel’s Broiler Restaurant) to your account within a year your points will expire and you will no longer receive an annual birthday card.

Q: Can I earn points in a private dining venue?

A. As of January 1, 2013 points cannot be earned in any Private Dining venue in the restaurants.
