What and where?

Daniel’s Broiler *NEW* Rewards Program launched on 7/1/19 at all four Daniel’s Broiler locations. Anyone over 21 can join and manage their account through the Daniel’s Broiler Rewards App, which is now available for FREE in the Apple App store and Google Play store.

Why is Daniel's changing their loyalty program; what does the App do?

Daniel’s is moving forward with a mobile app that is integrated with our Point of Sale System. The Daniel’s Broiler app will make it easier for our guests and staff to earn and use rewards. Guests will be able to use the Rewards App for reservations, ordering gift cards and to go food and getting general information about the restaurants.

How does the rewards program work?
  • Registration is free and new members receive 100 complimentary points upon sign up
  • For every $500 spent on food & beverage, members get a $20 reward for use on future food and beverage purchases. Rewards are earned across all Daniel’s Broiler locations and will be valid for 1 year from date of issue
  • For every $2,500 spent, members will receive an additional $20 “Prime” reward. This reward is in addition to the $20 per $500 spent.
  • Any member inactive for 2 years will be deactivated from the program and any points will be removed
What if I don't have an Apple or Android mobile device, or can't access the App?

We can register a membership using any 10-digit number. Serving staff can inform you of points and rewards while you are dining with us, or by contacting us through the Rewards Program email or phone number. There will be no physical membership cards with our new program.

What are the conditions of the program?
  • Points are awarded on the Food and Beverage total spent minus any discounts
  • Food and Beverage purchased through events booked in our private dining rooms are not eligible and related services such as A/V rentals, room rentals, and floral are also not eligible. Also, rewards cannot be used to purchase Food and Beverage for private dining.
  • Points and earned rewards are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash
  • Gift card purchases do not earn points (from any Daniel’s or external point of sale)
  • Points are NOT earned on sales tax, service charges, or tips
  • Allow 24-48 hours for points and rewards to post to the member’s account
  • No other free benefits (i.e. Free corkage or appetizers) are included in the program
  • Online Orders (DoorDash, Caviar, etc.) do not earn rewards points
What is your privacy policy?

We will never share your contact info with any 3rd parties. Schwartz Brothers Restaurants will use your contact info in accordance with our Rewards Program so our guests can make informed decisions about our program and benefits.

What happens to my existing Rewards account?

The old card-based program retired on July 1st. From July 1st thru August 1st members can cash in their existing reward points from the old program. For every 500 points a $25 paper certificate good for food and beverage at any Daniel’s Broiler location will be mailed to the Member. These can be combined and used together and the certificates will expire on October 1, 2019.
